I have been using Natural Creations since we built our home in Hall Brook and moved in, in 2001. They designed our landscaping and it is superb. They are the best when it comes to maintenance of our property and they do what they say they are going to do and they are always on the job the day they say.

We have worked with Troy Gormally and the great team at Natural Creations for well over a decade. They have done small landscape projects for us as well as the design and landscape of an entire property. Some of the most creative work has involved designing dry creek beds and a firepit from stone found on our property.

We are thrilled with the design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the complete landscape program which Troy and his crews at Natural Creations, Inc. have provided for our home and surrounding property. We have built three homes over the years, each requiring landscape design and maintenance programs, and, by far, this is our best experience.

22 years ago we built a new home on 1.5 acres in a new subdivision in Jefferson City MO. We contacted Troy and worked with him on the overall landscape design. His expertise in design created a truly beautiful overall plan. We still use Natural Creations to do maintenance and refresh edits to the landscaping. After all these years we still get a lot of compliments on our beautiful landscaping. We are retired business owners after having spent 49 years in the pet industry.

We have worked with Troy for many years now. About 3 yrs ago, we moved and needed a total remodel of our yard. After working with Troy at our former house, I was confident that he could design a plan that would add some much needed personality as well as solve some practical privacy and drainage issues. He did not disappoint! Troy is very creative and has an exceptional eye for detail. He listened to our wants and needs and incorporated them in his design.

Troy was referred to us when we moved to Kansas City. In addition to re-designing and maintaining our initial residence in Leawood, he also lead the planning of our new-build country lodge from conception to completion. We have since moved from Leawood and he is overseeing the landscape of our new home as well. Beyond his talent in creating beautiful landscapes, Troy’s customer service is what sets him apart.

Troy Gormally is unique in the business. Call backs are well within 24 hours. He is honest and, importantly, if the schedule is too tight due to weather or other reasons, he is upfront why my job is late or needs to be delayed. I appreciate that honesty. His staff reflects his ideals. I always look forward to seeing the Natural Creations trucks arrive because I know the job will be done to the highest of standards. As I see their trucks leave, once again I have a little piece of heaven in my yard.
