NATURAL CREATIONS' LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY & LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT FEE POLICY

Natural Creations offers a landscape management service excluding lawn care. We currently maintain approximately 30 landscapes on a regular schedule. Most of our clients have a strong desire to have a healthy and attractive landscape, but do not have the time to care for their own landscape. Many of our clients are simply too busy with their work and their families.

A large investment in your landscape can turn sour very quickly if not cared for properly. The landscapes that we install are designed to be low in maintenance. Nevertheless, they are living and constantly growing. Landscapes are not like your household furniture that simply collects dust and never grows or needs water. We are rewarded with vigorous growing, healthy, attractive landscapes when we provide them with modest and consistent care. Having a degreed horticulturist overseeing your landscape can make a big difference.

The level of input required to maintain your landscape will depend greatly on the scope of your project and your expectations. We have designed our management service to be flexible. We charge at an hourly rate per person for all our landscape management services. Additional material costs are billed separately (such as chemicals). A disposal fee is also accessed when significant amounts of debris are removed from your property. We do not believe in spending the same amount of time at your property on each visit whether you need our service or not. Instead, our visits vary in length depending upon the time of year and the needs of your landscape. All work is invoiced monthly.

Upon request, we may also perform re-mulching and install seasonal color. We reserve most of our seasonal color for pots. We can provide you with a projected yearly and monthly cost for your landscape management, and for re-mulching and seasonal color planting. Most of our management clients are on a monthly schedule.
