Natural Creations
Soon To Celebrate Its Ten Year Anniversary!I
can hardly believe that it has been nearly ten years since I started
Natural Creations. I can still remember researching the name
for my new company. I can still remember our first clients and
how good it felt to be independent. In November of this
year, we will reach our ten year anniversary. I am not
usually very sentimental; however, I must admit that it feels good
to have survived this long. I always tell everyone that the landscaping
business is very easy to get into and it is also very easy to get out.
Many people try, but very few survive to write newsletters. I
could not be more pleased with our success. It is true that,
at times, I get frustrated and I doubt my choice to run my own business,
but I look back and I would not have it any other way. I enjoy
going to work each day. I fret about my hectic schedule and I
fret about meeting our client’s demands, but I truly enjoy my
work. I take great pride in everything that we do and I get very
disappointed when our work is not performed to my expectations. Yes,
I am guilty of being a control freak at times. I have one simple
philosophy: If you can’t do it right, then don’t
do it at all. Thank you to everyone along the way that has made our
business a success. Thanks
to all of the clients, businesses, and relatives who supported us in
our infancy. Special thanks to my greatest supporters, my parents,
and Jerry Lehmann.
Fortunately, after
compiling this list, the highs are still greater than the lows. We
are looking forward to another ten years. We
hope that we have endured the hard part and that our business will
flourish on cruise control for the next several years. Who am
I kidding? Every day, every year, is a struggle, but we enjoy
the challenge and we will keep striving to improve on our skills and
our services. We set out to provide the best and finest in landscape
design, installation and management in Kansas City, and we will continue
to meet and exceed this goal. Cheers to another ten!
