Natural Creations Inc. was established in 1996 by its current president and owner, Troy Gormally. In 1997, with few financial resources, we purchased our first computer and work truck. In 1998, we expanded beyond our landscape design and contracting business by offering landscape management services. Also in 1998, Natural Creations was incorporated. In 2003, we moved our crews from their storage unit in Bonner Springs to the new farm in Bucyrus, KS, called The Ranchito (small ranch in Spanish). In 2004, Natural Creations began growing trees for future sales. We now employ 10-15 people, supporting the operation of three crews on a daily basis, and provide landscape management services for 30+ residential and commercial clients.

Please take a few minutes to meet our personnel:

TROY M. GORMALLY
Troy is very proud to be a product of the mid-west, having lived in Iowa, Kansas, and Oklahoma as a child. He graduated from Bishop Carroll High School in Wichita, Kansas, where his parents, Sherry and Richard Gormally, reside. Troy has lived in Kansas City since 1992 after graduating from Kansas State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design. After college graduation, Troy worked as a landscape designer for Hermes Landscaping, Inc., for 4.5 years.

Currently, he spends most of his time managing the daily operations of Natural Creations Inc. He acts as the chief designer, sales person, and company leader. If he has any spare time, he spends it playing with Foster Dog (named after his favorite plant, Foster Holly). Troy also enjoys fishing and boating, photography, and collecting old music records. He is a big nostalgia buff. His favorite TV show is "I Love Lucy" and his music idols include Buddy Holly and Neil Diamond. He is also a Kansas State football fanatic. Although he keeps a rigorous schedule, do not expect to find him working on Saturdays in the fall!

Troy looks forward to continued growth for Natural Creations and hopes to perform landscape design, consulting work throughout the United States. Quality and pride in workmanship are rare in the Kansas City landscape market, and Troy remains determined to make a difference. He takes tremendous pride in his work, and would much rather be considered a landscape artist than a landscaper.
